We also advise on business acquisitions and disposals. Clients will benefit from our experience in matters such as management buyouts, share sales and purchases, franchise agreements and business restructuring arrangements. The need often arises for carefully worded contracts and agreements to be prepared and we are experienced in dealing with these. We also advise on trading terms and conditions that are appropriate to the clients business. We have advised all types of businesses including companies and their directors in respect of their duties. We also advise in respect of insolvency matters and act for both secured and unsecured creditors. |
