Robin Cearns’ Profile

Robin was educated locally at Chigwell School and qualified at Foskett Marr Gadsby & Head LLP as a Solicitor in 1995. He became a partner in 2004 and specialises in advising on and dealing with the various legal issues experienced by local and East London businesses. Robin has built up a loyal following of clients building on his connections locally and his family’s historic connections with West Ham United Football Club.

Robin is experienced in Commercial Property matters and Employment matters. He acts for both the Employer and the Employee in a wide range of matters ranging from Tribunal Cases to Preparing Contracts of Employment and advising on Compromise Agreements.

Robin also has some close links with local sports clubs and associations and is very keen to promote these within the local community.
