Moving house can be stressful, but we believe that our individual approach to each client’s specific needs helps to overcome any difficulties that may be encountered.
Our team of lawyers combine a personal service with their individual expertise and offer a broad experience in the sale and purchase of both freehold and leasehold properties and in connection with mortgage and re-mortgage transactions.
Our involvement goes beyond simply dealing with the legal aspects of a transaction. We discuss with clients the most appropriate marketing policy for existing properties and the best type of survey arrangements for a proposed acquisition.
We actively support e-conveyancing which we believe will streamline the conveyancing process to the benefit of all concerned.
