Training and development

We recruit trainee solicitors at various times throughout the year when the business need arises. As a result our trainees receive practical “hands on” experience in line with specific client instructions and under the direct supervision of a department head. All trainees move between the firm’s departments on the basis of what best serves both the individual and the firm, but at minimum to at least ensure the terms and conditions of the Law Society’s standard training contact are fully adhered to.
