Taxation can have a very significant impact on the value of the estate which eventually passes to the beneficiaries. Often this results in clients making various arrangements during their lifetimes to reduce the tax burden to their estates.

We deal with the administration of Trusts and Estates and our knowledge and expertise in this area enables them to be managed efficiently and to the best advantage of the beneficiaries.

We are frequently consulted by clients in connection with the creation of Powers of Attorney and have a broad experience of dealing with Court of Protection applications which become necessary in instances where clients or their relatives are no longer able to administer their own affairs.
